Hi. I am an easy-going guy who likes to keep a clean place (but not anal) and is respectful. I have a business 50 miles west of Mpls so I stay there during week, and I travel for biz (i.e. will be gone 2 weeks in Sept and 2 weeks in Oct). So I am mostly around on weekends, some evenings.
